Well it probably wasn't the brightest idea to fit everything in one week but we did it. On Wednesday we went and got our family photos done. Claire was as good as a 3 month baby could be. She is not very fond of dresses yet and was not very happy with the Christmas velvet. (What is that? ...velvet) The best pictures were those that were on her back with just a diaper cover and that is just fine. She is just the sweetest little thing.
The whole gang is here!
On Saturday it was our CS Family Christmas Party at Debbie's. EVERYONE made it this year. Claire had a great time and was flirting with
Carvo and Skeeter. We had tons of food and desserts. I think everyone was happy with their
santa gifts. I got some awesome Christmas decorations, the Peanuts Halloween/Christmas/Thanksgiving
DVD's and a
scrapbooking calendar. George got some video game and a gift card.

Claire was just content hanging out with Therese.

On Sunday was Claire's baptism. She was absolutely adorable. Claire woke up right before the baptism part and then screamed when the water was poured on her head. Joanne (my friend) and Aaron aka London (George's friends) are her Godparents. It was very important to us to choose Godparents for Claire that we have discussed our faith with and that are actively practicing their faith. Not everyone was able to make it because of the weather on Saturday but Suzette, Todd and the kids and Carrie and Warner came as well as my lifetime friend Sonja and her husband. We had lunch and cake at the house after the service. While Claire was baptized in a Lutheran church and will be raised in the Lutheran religion she will all ways know that she has the freedom to explore other religions.
